Our pricing is simple…here is what your location rental includes:


12 hour location rental

5,000 sq.ft climate controlled event barn

20 – 10ft. Wood farmhouse tables

400 Fruitwood espresso folding chairs

2- 6ft tables with fitted linen

Multiple outdoor locations for ceremony or cocktail hour

Whiskey & wine barrel cocktail tables

Outdoor bistro lighting

Covered pavilion w/massive limestone fireplace

Secluded bridal suite with full restroom

Grooms room

Catering prep kitchen

Indoor built in bar & free-standing outdoor bar

Onsite parking

Onsite venue management

Outside vendors allowed

Bring in your own alcohol

1 hour rehearsal (based upon availability)

1-hour engagement/save the date session/bridal session (photographer/prints not included)

Helpful information regarding your location rental:


Venue pricing is for events with 50-200 guests – custom packages can be created for larger or smaller events

12 hour time block is to include any and all set up and (1) hour for breakdown

Chair set up & breakdown provided by full service caterer or event staffing

Bring in your favorite caterer (Full Service preferred) or food trucks – Ask for our preferred vendor list

(additional staffing may be required for caterers who are not full service or for food trucks)

Bartending / Alcohol service- must be selected from our list of approved TABC bartending services (5 hours max for alcohol service)

Event coordinator required – Choose from our preferred list or bring in an insured event coordinator of your own

Outside vendors must show proof of insurance

Security is required – Hays County Constable – ($200)

Event insurance must be provided prior to event – (average cost $125-$175)


*Holidays are additional $500.00 (New Years Eve/New Year’s Day/Christmas Eve/Christmas Day/Easter)

*Sundays prior to Memorial Day/Labor Day – additional $500.00
