Congratulations on your engagement and upcoming wedding! Below we list the packages that we offer at Stone House Ranch and what is included in each package.

We offer 2 packages to meet every brides budget, below is a list of standard items which are included in all packages…

-Use of the 5,000 sq. ft climate controlled event barn

-Espresso colored fruitwood folding chairs (2 sets – Ceremony & Reception)

-10 ft. Wood Farmhouse Tables (seats 10-12 guests) *60″ rounds can be added or replaced for $15.00 per table (standard linen included)

-Exclusive use of the professionally landscaped grounds

-Multiple outdoor locations to host your ceremony or cocktail hour

– Secluded Bridal Suite

– Grooms Quarters

-Outdoor bistro lighting

-Bring in alcohol of your choice (TABC bartender included in The Essence Package)

-Exclusive 1 hour rehearsal on a day prior to your event

-Make your mark by creating a unique personalized brick – That’s My Brick!for  our walkway

PACKAGES: 

THE ELITE PACKAGE – For the couple looking to host a fun event, not too intimate and not to crazy. This package is ideal for a party size of 50 -125 guests (additional guests up to 149 can be added and billed at an additional rate).

The Elite Package details:

  • Exclusive use of the venue for 12 hours
  • Espresso colored fruitwood folding chairs (2 sets – Ceremony & Reception – 300 total)
  • 15 – 10ft Farmhouse tables (tables provided per guest count); whiskey or wine barrel tables cocktail area; 2 – 6’ rectangular tables (black fitted linen included, used for catering only if not supplied)
  • *** IN HOUSE ONE DAY EVENT COORDINATION with SILVER THISTLE WEDDINGS & EVENTS***

Important information:

  • 125 guests maximum – ($15.00 per person charge for any guest thereafter up to 149 guest count)
  • Bartending / alcohol service is required.  Rowdy & Co. Events is our exclusive bar servicer.  Pricing and packages can be put together through Rowdy & Co. Events directly.
  • Outside catering allowed
  • Onsite parking
  • Events take place any 12 hours between 10am – 11pm. Additional hours prior to the ceremony start time may be scheduled if necessary, and/or available.

Elite Package Pricing: 

  • Sunday – Thursday $4,995.00
  • Friday $5,495.00
  • Saturday $5,995.00

THE ESSENCE PACKAGE– For the couple looking to host an event with 150-200 guests, this package includes all the necessities for a great party. 

Essence Package details: 

  • Exclusive use of the venue for 12 hours
  • Espresso colored fruitwood folding chairs (2 sets – Ceremony & Reception)
  • 10ft. Farmhouse tables,  Whiskey and/or wine barrels- cocktail area; 4– 6’ rectangular tables (black fitted linen provided, used for catering if not supplied)
  • ** INCLUDES IN HOUSE ONE DAY EVENT COORDINATION***
  • ** INCLUDES IN HOUSE BARTENDING SERVICE ( 6 hours )***

Important information

Essence Package pricing:

Monday – Thursday $6,150.00

Friday $7,150

Saturday $7,950

Sunday $6,750

ALL PACKAGES:

– 50% is required to secure a date.

-Holidays are an additional $500.00 (Thanksgiving; Christmas Eve/Christmas Day; New Years Eve/New Years Day; Easter)
